Your credit card is held as a guarantee only, it will not be charged unless you
break the cancellation policy.

For reservation of two or more apartments we require a deposit for this reservation.

The rate is per night per whole apartment.

YES, there is a deposit required for each set of keys. The deposit is 1000 CZK / 33 EUR or equivalent amount in any other currency.

NO, breakfast is not included

YES, bed linen and towels are supplied.

by metro: to Karlovo Namesti (line B) and 150 meter walk to Odboru street
by line A to Mustek stop ( Wenceslas Square ) .

YES, We offer a door to door airport shuttle service. It is only 25 EUR oneway or 45 EUR roundtrip. If interested, please let us know your flight details.

[22.08.2006] Is there a guarantee I will get an apartment I prefer?

We unfortunately can not guarantee you particular apartment - if you request some specific apartment we will do our best that you will get it to suite your preference. However we can not guarantee you this.

[22.08.2006] What is the cancellation policy of my reservation?

The cancellation policy is 5 days before arrival.
In case you break these terms an amount equivalent to the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
